Devoted lives of faith, service, and unconditional love

Sister Saramma Cheriyan, a native of Alappuzha, was instrumental in the activities of Bethel Ashram along with Saramma Thomas. After retiring from government service as a teacher, she answered the Lord's call to serve as an evangelist at Bethel Ashram.
During the Zenana Mission period, she faithfully handled correspondence, administration, and internal responsibilities. Lovingly called "Valiya Kochamma," she provided motherly care to all Ashram inmates.

Shosho John, lovingly known as Baby Kochamma, first visited the Thiruvalla Ashram at age nine. God honored her childhood desire, and she became an Ashram worker at twenty-three.
As Saramma Kochamma's co-worker, she developed a special passion for children's ministry, leading church children's services in the Ashram chapel. Known for writing meaningful quotations and appreciating others' goodness.
